At Big Block Foothills, our real estate mentorship program pairs a new or aspiring real estate agent with an experienced mentor who provides guidance, advice, and support throughout the early stages of the agent's career. The mentor will offer a range of services, including:

One-on-one coaching and training sessions to help the mentee improve their skills and knowledge of the real estate industry.

Guidance on prospecting, marketing, and building a client base.

Support with administrative tasks, such as managing paperwork and transactions.
